Late cancellations or failing to attend may attract a cancellation fee.

Wait List

If you can’t find a suitable time, ask to be added to our wait list for the times that work for you, and we’ll do our best to help you.

Payment

We have HICAPS and EFTPOS, meaning you can claim on the spot from most private health funds if you have Extras cover, and pay the remainder by card. No cash, sorry.

What to bring

Please bring your own towel if you will be using the gym space for your physio rehab.

Also bring anything you feel is relevant – a referral letter (if you have one, not essential), Doctor’s letters, scans or reports, claim numbers for work or motor vehicle injury claims, card numbers for DVA and Medicare Care Plan treatment

What to wear

We want to watch how you move and also use hands on treatment, so wear comfortable clothes like a singlet and shorts / tights so we can provide quality care to your sore areas.
