Sports Injury Recovery

Guiding someone back to participation in activity and sport through structured rehab is rewarding, and it’s even better when that participation leads to better performance and new personal bests. Just getting people back is never our aim!

Most importantly for you, you’ll get a diagnosis, great advice on what to do to help the healing process, and guidance on what activity you can continue – to prevent deconditioning and loss of fitness. If there are any factors that led to injury, like training loads or movement imbalances, we’ll find them and devise a plan to change that. Your return to training will be structured to reduce re-injury risk, with a focus on becoming stronger and fitter than you were around your injury site and in general, so you can return to high performance.

Our team have helped many teams and athletes over the years, and we’re currently involved with South Adelaide Basketball Club, Port Power AFLW, Sturt SANFL, Sturt Marion Thunder Soccer Club, Marion Swimming Club, school volleyball, and a number of SASI athletes.

We’ve had experience with West Adelaide Football Club, Matrics Netball Club, Goodwood Saints Football Club, Prince Alfred Old Collegians Football Club, Forestville Basketball Club.

In the clinic, we’re happy to help anyone who wants to be active in any sport or activity – performance means different things to different people, from Olympic Gold medals to regularly walking your dog.
